When we look at life through the lens of the graph, zero is the neutral line. Life at zero isn’t bad—but it isn’t great either. It looks like having a job, being in a relationship, surviving, going through the motions. You’re not sinking, but you’re not flowing either. Like an engine idling, you’re not moving forward, yet you’re not moving back.
There is nothing “wrong” with this kind of life. It’s just that it often feels less fulfilling—and there’s always the risk that it may slip below zero.
Below zero feels like tiredness, emptiness, and burnout. A lack of meaning. Emotional heaviness. Struggles with self-worth. Not knowing what you’re doing or where you’re going. Living with fears and unprocessed pain. Sometimes it’s being stuck in loops—overthinking, repeating the same mistakes, falling into toxic patterns, or staying in relationships that no longer serve you. It’s like walking through life with weights tied to your feet—no matter how much you try, you can’t even reach zero.
But here’s the truth: life isn’t about being below zero or even staying at zero. Life is about going above zero. That’s where meaning, joy, growth, success, and happiness live.
And yes, it’s possible for anyone. Going above zero is not reserved for a lucky few—it is a choice. What it takes is resilience: the kind that allows setbacks to teach you instead of break you. It’s the courage to grow beyond whatever life hands you, to find meaning, and to dedicate yourself to something bigger than you.
When you go above zero, life shifts into color. You enter flow, you create, you flourish. And there is no ceiling—it’s infinite. Human potential has no limits. We are born to evolve, to expand with self-awareness, to heal, and to grow as much as we can. This is what Maslow described as self-actualization—the ongoing process of becoming more and more of who you truly are.
But above zero isn’t just about personal happiness. It’s about radiating light. It’s about people feeling better simply because they’re around you. It’s being at a higher frequency & living with higher energy.
So what does it take to go above zero?
- Self-awareness—noticing where you are.
- Courage—to face what’s weighing you down.
- Consistency—in practices like gratitude, mindfulness, journaling, or exercise.
- Healing—not denying your wounds, but learning and growing through them.
Above zero doesn’t happen by chance—it’s very much a choice and that is why I created Heal with Geet: to guide people who are ready to evolve, who don’t want to stay stuck in victimhood, and who want to take the wheel of their own life. It’s easy to hand over control and sit in the passenger seat—but the real fulfillment comes when you choose to drive your own car, and steer toward the life you were meant to live.
