I came to psychology the long way around.
After over a decade in corporate — from HR to business leadership — I was successful by every external measure. And quietly exhausted on the inside.
It was my own experience of seeking support that changed the direction of my life. I discovered what it feels like to finally be heard. To make sense of patterns you’ve carried for years. To breathe again.
That experience brought me back to psychology — my very first love, the subject I won a Gold Medal back in 2007. This time I came back with something I didn’t have before: lived experience, real grief, real resilience, and a deep understanding of what it actually takes to begin again.
Today I work with individuals — especially young adults, working professionals, and women — who are holding it together on the outside but feeling the weight of it all on the inside. People who are ready, even just a little, to feel something different.
Heal with Geet is the space I wish I had found sooner.
How I work with you
I am integrative and person-centred at heart — which means I don’t follow a rigid script. I follow you.
Your pace. Your comfort. Your needs. Always.
I draw on ACT, CBT, DBT, IPT, somatic work, and mindfulness — not as a formula, but as a toolkit. Different people need different things, and my job is to find what works for you specifically.
Everything I do is through a trauma-informed lens. Which means I understand that your patterns, your defences, your ways of coping — they all made sense once. We work with compassion, not criticism.
Sessions are online, flexible, and confidential.
